Polymyalgia Rheumatíca [PMR] is caracterized by paín and stíffness involving shoulder and pelvic girdless with constitutional symptoms and findings of a systemic reactíon. In recents years, evidence linkíng both conditions as components of a single disease process has been accumulated.
