Actual/y, strategy planning applíed to health is one of the most powerful tools in clinic organization. During the last years, the University of Chile Clinical Hospital Maternity Service has been working in the practical aspects ot the theoretic methodologies applied. By this way, a planníng and organization module hove been incorporated in the 1th year medicine students academic program, where they assume the management of this process.
Equally, we hove included inside our department's Fetal Medicine Diploma currículum practical methodologies tor the strategy planning of Maternal Fetal Medicine Units. This experíence let us to present a simple and fast practical strategy planning, that could contribute to the organization and management of public and prívate health clinical services.
