Tensional headache is a frequent and poorly reviewed disease. Few drugs has been useful, specially Triciclics Antidepressants. In this study we investigated the utility of Desimipramina in the management of Tensional headache. A cohorf of patients with this disease received Desimipramina 50 mg daily for 30 days; then we asked about frequency and intensity of headache.
The results of this study showed that Desimipramina is highly useful and safety for the management of Tensional type Headache, even double blind, placebo controlled trial is needed for a global recommendation.
