Aspergillus infection has been associoted with mony sites in patients immunocompromised; most commonly it occurs in the sinopulmonory trae!, but less frequently involves the skin, brain, gastrointestinal tract and heorl. We report a 25-year-old female with relapsed acule myeloide leukemia and during agranulocylosis period she presents on esophagogastric aspergílloma, clinically
undetected. The patient wos afebrile but complained of severe acule abdominal and worsening dysphagia. Digestive endoscopy and CT scons showed an esophageal gaslric polypoid moss ond biopsy revealed invasive Aspergillosis.
Amphotericine B therapy was initiated with good clinical response.
