This review modernizes and summarizes the radiographic knowledge about the cysts that can be developed in the jaws. There are pathologicaly benign, but for its asymptomafic nature may extend for varying degraes into the jaws. For this reason and because of their are frequency they are an important maxillofacial fumours group. The origin of the epithelium of a cyst allows to classify them in odontogenic and developmental .
