The MALT Lymphoma represents 1 to 7% of gastric neoplasias and can compromise other locations. It was a recognized clinical entity in 1983 with diagnostic and therapeutic scopes that are still in discussion. A clinical case of gastric MALT Lymphoma is presented in our center. The clinical symptom complex, diagnostic methods and treatment are analyzed.
