Leotospirosis, and Weil 's disease are two disorders that in spite of their importance and prevalence in Chile are suspected. This may be caused by the poor information about the epidemiology and transmission mechanisms and the lack of clinical experience and good diasgnostic test. However,
there are no studies about the prevalence of these diseases, taking account of their clinical manifestations and epidemiology. Those are the reasons why we consider important to refresh the knowledge about these topics and why we made a search of ali cases in the last decade in our
