We report the case of a 16 years old female who was driven over in November 1999. The chest radiography
showed a right elavicie fracture and an anterosuperior mediastinic mass in the right side. To state precisely if the lesion was old, the mass was resected by right videothoracoscopic procedure (VTC), with a satisfactory evolution. The discharge was given at 48 hours after the surgery.
