The case of male, HIV (+) allergic to sulfas patient, who presented an interstitial predominant pneumonia with respiratory insufficiency that didn't respond to classic therapeutic scheme, is presented.
This was the first experience in our Hospital for the management with Cotrimoxazol Porte for desensibilization
of resistant patients.
This prophylaxis management is strongly recommended in international literature.
