Ovarían cancer usually is diagnosed in advanced stages and produces high mortalíty.
We present a 51 year old woman, with 13 years of follow up of a stage IIIb Ovarían cancer ( Bilateral Papillary serous adenocarcinoma of ovary).
We analize the clinical features, diagnostic techniques and staging, treatment and the follow up of the patient.
