lntroduction: The goal of this clinical experience is to present the treatment strategy determinated by
the degree of skeletal maturity of the patients wifh hipoplasic maxilla.
Two patients, one pediatrics and the other adult, wffh hipoplasic maxilla and hyperplasic mandible, are treated. The first one wffh orthopedics and the second with orthognatic surgery. The diagnosis, following and measures was doing through clinical references and ceph:Jlornetrics analysis.
Both patients improve their maxilomandibular and facial soft tissues relationships.
An appropriate treatment of hipoplasic maxilla hove good forecast. Early diagnosis is better because the treatment becomes shorter, easier, no irwaswe and less expenswe.
